Welcome to Zoda Marketing. By accessing or using our website, services, or retaining our agency for marketing architecture, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with our website or entering into a month-to-month service agreement with Zoda Marketing, you accept these terms.

2. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon final payment of your initial build fee, you retain 100% ownership of the compiled front-end HTML, CSS, and JS assets created specifically for your domain. Zoda Marketing retains the right to utilize proprietary backend frameworks, worker scripts, and AI routing methodologies across its client base.

3. Month-to-Month Agreements

We do not enforce long-term lock-in contracts. Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

4. Guarantees and Liability

While we guarantee the delivery of sub-second custom HTML code and specific deliverables outlined in your chosen tier, Zoda Marketing cannot guarantee specific Google ranking positions, as search algorithms are subject to third-party volatility. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
